React.js Developer - Redux/TypeScript (5-8 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Developer to join our frontend team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex and performant user interfaces using React, Redux, and TypeScript. This role requires a deep understanding of modern frontend development practices, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant user interfaces using React, Redux, and TypeScript.

- Design and implement complex state management solutions using Redux.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional components.

- Implement and maintain unit and integration tests.

- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex frontend issues.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in React development.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Mentor and guide junior developers.

Key Skills :

- React.js : Extensive experience developing complex applications using React.js.

- Redux : Deep understanding of Redux for state management and experience implementing complex Redux workflows.

- TypeScript : Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience building type-safe applications.

- Frontend Development : Solid understanding of modern frontend development practices, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Required Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.

- Proven experience building and maintaining complex applications using React, Redux, and TypeScript.

- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

- Proficiency in using Git and version control systems.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
