• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 5 years managing web application development projects.
• Proven expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including project delivery and platform optimization.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
• Experience in budget management, vendor coordination, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a track record of managing diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of modern web technologies, frameworks, and tools is a plus.
