Creating and maintaining standard project management artefacts such as project plan, risks & issues register, dependency log, progress reports etc. Aligning plans across Pods and Regional IT Teams to ensure delivery for a market. Track risks & issues for the release and ensure key risks are escalated up to the Programm Delivery Manager and Transformation Project Manager.? Track delivery of business value against cost and projected velocity with regular reporting and clear escalation of issues Reporting, verbally and in writing, project status and progress against plan to senior managers in the standard project format. Acting as an escalation for removing key blockers and impediments to facilitate delivery through the delivery teams. Continuous tracking against the plan to meet key delivery dates. Tracking dependencies and driving timely resolution to these, enabling the creation of interlocked plans with other surround IT teams and 3rd parties / vendors Chair weekly Scrum of Scrums meetings and closely track progress against the release using the Epic Refinement report and the Release Burn down chart and work with the Programme Delivery Manager to communicate impacts. Ensure completion of accurate and timely Sprint Reports from each Cell, uploaded to Confluence. Consolidate Engineering reports into a single Programme level report.? Ensure the production of Release Notes by Scrum Teams / Pods for releases into MCT / CERT environments.? Validate the Sprint Schedule in JIRA against the high level Global Release Schedule and plan for all Pods.? Work with the Engineering Leads and Platform Designers to understand the impact of delayed refinement (business or technical), new requirements, technical debt, defect resolution, increase in t-shirt sizes and all other delays. Work with the Engineering Leads and Programme Delivery Manager to communicate the impact with a new revised Release Burn down and provide options for a business decision to mitigate risk. Triage any across pod workload / priority issues in the weekly Scrum of Scrums meetings for resolution.? Identify gaps across pods and local markets and plan the work in. Owning and facilitating the production of the implementation plan by the engineering teams. Project Manager will need to work with the SME's within Engineering to complete an implementation plan.? Leading and motivating the cross functional team, split across numerous locations, towards successful delivery.
