Role & responsibilities

Strategic Partner Marketing: Develop and execute a global partner marketing strategy aligned with business objectives to drive revenue and market expansion.
• Joint Program Execution: Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns and demand generation with partners like Microsoft, AWS, and Google, leveraging your B2B partner marketing expertise. Prior experience working with the partner teams of one or more of these companies is a must have.
• Global Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to foster alignment and mutual growth.
• High-Quality Listings: Ensure accurate, compelling, and high-quality listings and content on partner directories and portals to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Program Optimization: Manage co-marketing budgets, oversee multiple marketing programs, and track performance metrics to ensure timely delivery, maximize ROI, and continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Content & Collateral Development: Lead the creation of impactful case studies, thought leadership content, press releases, videos, and social media assets to highlight joint solutions.
• Event Marketing: Plan and manage partner-focused event marketing activities to boost visibility, generate leads, and deepen engagement.
• Lead Nurturing: Develop multi-channel strategies to nurture partner-generated leads through the sales funnel.
• Digital Strategy: Manage website content related to partner programs and analyze digital performance to enhance the partner ecosystem.
• Collaboration: Lead productive discussions with partner contacts and internal stakeholders such as sales and business development to ensure alignment and progress.

Preferred candidate profile

Independent contributor, with excellent communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills.
* Has to have worked in partner marketing roles with tech giants such as Microsoft, AWS, Google etc.
* Experience in working with partner development organizations and partner marketing managers of Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud. Also, in driving co marketing activities with such big companies
