Prompt Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Prompt Engineer to optimize the usability of Large Language Models (LLMs) for coding e@iciency and team productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leveraging LLM-based tools like Copilot to improve development processes, guide team members, and enhance overall project outcomes. While familiarity with training and fine-tuning LLMs is an added advantage, our primary focus is on maximizing the e@ectiveness of pre-trained models through prompt engineering

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize prompts to get the most out of LLM-based tools, focusing on
coding efficiency and practical application.

• Collaborate with team members to create workflows that integrate LLMs effectively into the development lifecycle.
• Train and guide developers in using LLM tools like Copilot to improve coding standards and productivity.
• Evaluate and fine-tune LLM responses to align with organizational goals and coding requirements.
• Provide feedback and insights on the usability and effectiveness of LLM tools in the context of real-world applications.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in prompt engineering and LLM usability to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in working with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Copilot, etc.) for
practical applications.

• Strong expertise in prompt engineering to derive optimal outputs from LLMs.
• Ability to guide and mentor developers in leveraging LLM tools for coding tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to customize LLMs to meet specific project requirements.
• Basic understanding of LLM training and fine-tuning processes (preferred, not mandatory).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work eMectively with cross-functional teams.

• Prior experience in deploying or integrating LLM-based solutions in enterprise settings.

• Familiarity with software development best practices and coding standards.

• A passion for AI-driven tools and a proactive approach to learning emerging technologies
