Designation : AI Prompt Engineer (Prompt Designer)

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Literature, Linguistics, or related fields. Master's degree in Linguistics, Humanities, or Computer Science with a focus on AI/NLP.

Experience : Minimum 2+ years of experience in NLP, LLM, or linguistics-related roles with exposure to Python scripting.

Office Location : Indiranagar (Bangalore, Karnataka) - Remote Work

Reports to : Lead Data Scientist / AI Product Manager

Working Hours : 3 PM - 12 AM / 2 PM - 11 PM (tentative, based on client working hours).

Salary : INR 8.00 to 12.00 LPA (Negotiable)

Job Role :

As an AI Prompt Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize text prompts for generative AI solutions. Your role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, product teams, and data scientists to enhance AI-enabled tools through refined prompt engineering. You will also contribute to the creation and management of prompt libraries while staying updated with advancements in NLP and LLM technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and refine text prompts for various AI applications leveraging LLMs and generative AI solutions.

2. Collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and data scientists to ensure prompts align with project goals and user requirements.

3. Monitor and analyse the performance of prompts to identify areas for improvement.

4. Optimize the AI prompt generation process to enhance model performance.

5. Create and manage ready-to-use prompt libraries for diverse use cases.

6. Develop Python scripts for prompt training and fine-tuning of LLMs.

7. Stay informed on the latest developments in NLP, LLM, and machine learning.

8. Train content and product teams on prompt engineering best practices.

9. Draft and share performance reports and progress updates on prompt engineering initiatives.

Required Skills :

1. Proficiency in Python, including scripting and familiarity with NLP libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face).

2. Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

3. Knowledge of AI, generative AI content development, and machine learning concepts.

4. High-level linguistic expertise with an excellent understanding of English language structure.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
