Senior Prompt Engineer/Lead - Artificial Intelligence (5-10 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior AI Prompt Engineer to lead our fashion-focused AI image generation team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and refining AI prompts that produce stunning, trend-setting fashion images for various clients, while also mentoring and managing a team of prompt engineers.

This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, artistic vision, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion industry to ensure that AI-generated outputs meet each client's specific aesthetic and brand needs.

Responsibilities :

Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of AI prompt engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality outputs.

Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategies to improve the team's efficiency and the quality of AI-generated fashion images.

AI Prompt Creation : Develop, customize, and oversee the creation of AI prompts to generate fashion images that align with the goals and visual identity of different fashion brands and designers.

Style Guidance : Efficiently use and adapt style templates to generate prompts that produce accurate, relevant, and high-quality AI fashion outputs.

Collaboration : Work closely with fashion designers, stylists, AI developers, and other departments to ensure the AI meets the specified needs of clients and use cases.

Documentation : Oversee the maintenance of clear and detailed documentation of prompt variations, style guides, and adjustments for future reference and quality assurance.

Quality Assurance : Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure all AI-generated images meet high standards before client presentation.

Team Performance : Set performance goals for the team and conduct regular evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.

Leadership Experience : Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams.

Adaptability: Ability to work with a wide variety of fashion brands, from haute couture to streetwear, and guide the team in adjusting prompts to fit different aesthetics and goals.

Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of AI image generation models and how prompts influence visual outputs.

Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in AI prompt engineering or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
