Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst - Account Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Salesforce CRM, tracking client opportunities, analyzing revenue projections, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce CRM Management:
Effectively manage and maintain Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Track and monitor opportunities with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
Client Engagement and Support:
Attend US client proposal meetings to provide support to the USA manager.
Communicate with client PMOs and stakeholders to ensure timely contract sign-offs.
Follow up with clients for milestone approvals and sign-offs on completed deliverables.
Revenue and Billing Analysis:
Analyze revenue projections for upcoming months and provide actionable insights.
Review actual revenue figures provided by the delivery team and validate them.
Calculate actual billing and communicate instructions to the billing team for invoice generation.
Contract and Documentation Management:
Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) for resources and projects under the guidance of the onshore manager and leadership team.
Create requirement requests in the system for project openings or resource needs.
Program and Requirement Planning:
Collaborate with the delivery team to identify upcoming requirements based on the program plan.
Ensure all necessary contracts, documentation, and requirements are processed in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience with Salesforce CRM.
Strong understanding of revenue analysis and billing processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to draft professional documents such as SOWs and requirement requests.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with onshore managers, leadership teams, and client stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with US-based clients or in a similar time zone.
Knowledge of project management principles and processes.
Familiarity with client engagement and stakeholder management practices.
Additional Information:
Additional Information:
This role may require occasional flexible working hours to accommodate US client meetings and collaboration with the onshore team. The Analyst - Account Management will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong client relationships.
