Analyst, Partner Account Operations

The Partner Account Operations Analyst will own and enhance the systems and tools within Coursera s partner account management ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of data, systems, and workflows to enable the Partner Success team s collaboration with industry and university partners. You will focus on equipping account management teams with the tools, insights, and training needed to achieve business objectives and foster strong, lasting partner relationships. By managing data and systems effectively, and optimizing workflows, you will ensure a high-quality approach to account management. This role provides an opportunity to enhance Coursera s partner operations while contributing to the mission of providing access to world-class education for all.
