Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly experienced- Talent Acquisition Specialist- to join our IT product company based in- Vadodara.
- This role is perfect for someone with at least- 5 years of experience- in recruiting IT talent and a passion for shaping the growth of a high-performing team.
- As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and hiring to onboarding, induction, and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing:.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment : Lead the entire recruitment process for roles across product development, engineering, design, and other technical functions.
- Sourcing IT Talent : Utilize a range of sourcing strategies including social media platforms, job boards, networking events, and talent pools to attract top-tier IT candidates.
- Job Descriptions & Job Postings : Partner with hiring managers to craft clear, concise, and attractive job descriptions that align with the company's culture and needs.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing : Conduct interviews, assess technical skills and cultural fit, and ensure candidates meet role requirements.
Collaborating with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and departmental goals, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Campus Hire : Proactively build a relationship with premium Universities and Institutes for campus placement.
Joining, Onboarding, & Induction :
- Offer Negotiation & Job Offer Communication:- Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines.
- Onboarding Coordination:- Work with HR and department heads to coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
- Induction Planning:- Manage and facilitate the induction process, introducing new hires to the company's culture, values, and mission, as well as ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed in their new roles.
- New Hire Support:- Ensure that new hires are supported during their first few months, maintaining strong communication to enhance retention and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:.
- Minimum 5 years of experience- in talent acquisition, specifically within IT or technology-driven companies.
- Proven experience in recruiting for IT and technical roles such as software developers, engineers, product managers, QA specialists, etc.
- Strong knowledge of IT product development processes, Agile methodologies, and the skill sets required in various technical and non-technical roles.
- Expertise in utilizing sourcing tools (e. , LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri.com, hirist etc.)
