As a Payroll Executive, you will manage and oversee the payroll process within the organization, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of employee salaries. You will be responsible for compliance with all related laws and regulations and maintaining thorough payroll records. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer payroll-related queries.
• Manage employee benefits information and deductions.
• Prepare and submit all necessary payroll reports.
• Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments on employee status changes.
• Assist in internal and external payroll audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
