About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes, contributing to strategic planning, and supporting various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


Job Brief

The Business Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and managing administrative functions, providing support to management, and ensuring that business operations run efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and implement improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness across the organization.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Coordinate staff meetings and team-building activities.
  • Support the planning and execution of company projects and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a business administration or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
