ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Completes a broad variety of administrative and Business oriented tasks for the CEO including, managing an active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondences that is sometimes confidential, arranging agendas and preparing for customer facing or internal events. Plans, coordinates and ensures the Directors schedule is followed and respected. Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities following up appropriately. Prepare CEOs expense report, reconcile credit card statements and receipts and submit bills on schedule. Smoothly manages the travel calendar & bookings as per plan. SKILLS: Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint Ability to research effectively ensuring best prices, deals and negotiate for best prices with respect to international and domestic travel. Ability to work flexibly and with resilience in a dynamic business environment. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
REQUIREMENTS: Graduate / Diploma with good verbal / written communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
