• Stipend: 10 - 15 K ( may vary upon performance)
• PPO: 4 LPA (Performance based )

Job Summary:

As a Marketing Professional, you will collaborate with marketing team to devise innovative campaigns aimed at promoting our products, services, business models and overall brand identity. You will conduct market research to identify target audience demographics, evaluate previous marketing initiatives, and work as part of a cohesive team to execute strategies within set deadlines.

Qualification: MBA ( Marketing only)

Responsibilities:

• Set specific marketing goals
• Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
• Research market to identify new opportunities
• Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
• Address advertising needs
• Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
• Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
• Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency

• Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening skills
• Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients and customers where applicable
• Data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making
