Job Description


The Manager - B2B - Channel Partner Acquisition will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with businesses and organizations in the Delhi NCR region to drive the growth of the company's wealth management services. The role will focus on identifying, acquiring, and nurturing strategic channel partners who can help expand the companys client base and revenue through collaborative business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Partner Acquisition: Identify and target potential business partners, including financial advisors, independent brokers, asset management firms, corporate agents, and other relevant businesses in the wealth management ecosystem.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with B2B partners, fostering trust and ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values.
  • Partnership Development: Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements for both the company and partners.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate new business leads by targeting organizations that can offer the company’s wealth management services to their clients or employees.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to tailor offerings to the needs of the channel partners and ensure smooth execution of partner programs.
  • Training & Support: Provide ongoing support and training to channel partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to sell and promote wealth management products and services effectively.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and enhance the company's competitive edge.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on partner performance, sales targets, and KPIs, adjusting strategies to ensure continuous growth in channel partner acquisition and revenue generation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or channel partner acquisition in the financial services or wealth management industry. Experience in a high-growth environment is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications in wealth management is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of wealth management products, services, and industry regulations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth through partnerships and B2B sales.
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build consensus among diverse teams.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
