Job Description

Driving and delivering Innovation, Development, Productivity, Maintenance projects for MR
Leading and coordinating a multifunctional core team of RD, sourcing, quality, service, product industrialization, production leaders.
Defining the project/program scope, content, staffing, planning and cost with key stakeholders.
Using state of the art Program Management tools and processes to drive execution of projects/programs.
Delivering per commitments on scope, quality, time and cost.
Communicating and managing the internal and external stakeholders.
Interacting with the global RD Teams of Diagnostic Imaging/ MR

You are a part of the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) where we work on unique MRI technologies that increase radiology productivity, while delivering exceptional imaging quality and patient experience. This role works closely with cross functional teams - Engineering, Procurement Engg, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Catalog development and Manufacturing.

Youre the right fit if you have:

Bachelor/Master of Science in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering.
8+ years of overall experience, initially as an engineer and later as project/program manager.
Medical Devices experience is preferred
Excellent Communication skills Influencing skills are essential.
Team player, leadership skills and drive for results
Customer focus and Quality mindset
Open mindset and positive Can do attitude.
