Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide training to the new and existing customers for our inventory management module.
- Can manage a Maximum of 10-12 Training in a day.
- Handle basic to critical level queries that might arise post-training for the Inventory
Management Module.
- Work closely with the Operation Manager to maintain TAT for providing training.
- Good with handling customer communication via calls and emails

There is no/slow promotions at the company. Nowadays company is started to remove the people who have higher packages and there are 2-3 departments which closed recently so there is suggestion that not to join Petpooja in new products department.
