• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Proactively engage with customers to address concerns and gather feedback.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Educate customers on product features and updates.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention and implement
• improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
