L2 Deliverables:
- Switch, Router, Link troubleshooting and recovery in case of any outage
- Back-up link availability testing and monitoring
- Trend based consultancy based on historical data samples and Capacity Planning.
- Providing selective resource access by configuring suitable access list on the switch.
- Configuring authentication protocols that are available in Extreme IOS (like AAA) if any available in clients environment
- Device Configuration management
- Configuration Backup Management
- WLAN Configuration fine-tuning
- Upgradation and management of Firmware (AP OS)
- Access Point Inventory Management
- Providing Availability and Security Reports of Wireless LAN
- Vendor Coordination
- Configuration-backup and management
- Generation of Reports like Performing Switch, Router, Load Balancer Appliance Availability Report, CPU utilization Report, Capacity Planning Report and Trend Analysis Report.
