Network Data Admin (L2 Role )

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day operations and management for customer (LAN & WAN) Network infrastructure. -
• Configuring, Troubleshooting & Maintaining DC LAN and DC Interconnect WAN Networks. -
• Manage and Maintain IP addressing schemes in Infoblox (IPAM) -
• Manage and Maintain DNS & DHCP services in Infoblox -
• Managing and monitoring Wireless Network infrastructure -
• Network protocol configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting -
• Provide inputs for Capacity Planning/ Migration/ Optimization / Future upgrade strategy based on the performance trend -
• On-Demand IOS & NS-OS Updating and hotfixes -
• Responsible for implementing best practice/hardening -
• Managing and monitoring of log files of network devices -
• Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports -
• Regular audit of network devices and take corrective action accordingly -
• Performance Management & Optimization -
• Should be able to lead P1 / P2 Outage Bridge call and resolve the issue to restore the services. -
• Root Cause Analysis -
• Coordination with multiple vendors -
• Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets. -
• Plan and schedule for change management. -
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and documents -
• Good Communication skills.

• Cisco Meraki MX, vMX, MS, MR, MT and Z product platforms
• Aruba Switch 2930f & Wireless IAP 325 & 305
• Aruba Airwave
