Manager - Business Analyst & Payroll
- Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS reports for regular and group-level analysis.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and reporting tools to generate insightful dashboards and visualizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accurate reporting.
- Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and data analysis as required by management.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting processes.
- Stay updated on business operations to effectively tailor reports and analyses.
- Process optimization. Budget analysis and validation. Data analysis leading to major decisions.
- Business modelling and Predictive analysis. Big data interpretation.
- Preparation of Dash boards [Supporting various levels of Management].
- Analyzes, prepares and inputs payroll data & utilizes automated system to produce accurate and timely payroll. Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (ICWA) with 2-4 years of experience in a Manufacturing Industry.
2. Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
3. Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
