A leading shipping company is seeking a dynamic and passionate Business Analyst (FP&A) to work closely with top management.

This role offers extensive exposure and focuses on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data management.

- CA+MBA (Finance) or Engineering+ MBA (Finance) - mandatory from a top B-School.

- Around 4 years of experience with a strong academic background.

- Proven ability in stakeholder management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:.

- Data Management & Analysis: Analyze logistics data, prepare reports on port volumes, commodity movements, and client trends.

- Conduct SWOT analyses for business opportunities.

- Market Research & Business Development: Identify industry trends, research potential clients, establish relationships, and explore business opportunities.

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Support productivity, demand planning, and financial reporting.

- Collaborate on financial models, data analysis, and presentations for senior management.

- Strategic Initiatives & Communication: Support strategic initiatives, facilitate stakeholder communication, and prepare insightful presentations for decision-making.

- General Responsibilities: Maintain confidentiality, work independently or collaboratively, and drive business targets in a fast-paced environment.
