Deputy Manager/Manager - Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis/Investor Reporting (2-4 yrs)

Education: MBA in Finance (Full-Time)

About the Role:

We are hiring for a leading paint manufacturing company seeking a highly motivated FP&A & Investor Reporting Analyst.

The role involves responsibilities in investor relations, fund-raising, corporate financial planning, and analysis, supporting key organizational strategies and initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Investor Reporting & Relations

- Prepare and deliver board review presentations.

- Manage external (public) and internal (group/horizontal) communication.

- Conduct competition tracking to identify market trends and insights.

Fund Raising & Valuation:

- Support private fund-raising opportunities by operational and strategic planning.

- Lead the end-to-end fund-raising process.

- Represent the company as the external face to investors.

Corporate FP&A:

- Deliver management reporting for the leadership team.

- Evaluate business cases and M&A opportunities.

- Develop internal MIS for monitoring organizational performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

- MBA in Finance from a reputed institute (full-time).

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, investor relations, or valuation.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to track competition and assess business cases.

- Proven experience in financial modeling and MIS development
