Job Description

Overview

Provide General Sales Support to Customer Facing KAM team from JBP tracking, new line forms, field team support, customer queries, sample requests, Customer event logistics & data management services

Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

Manage processing, validation and tracking of claims, working through disputes with National Business Managers and Accounts Receivable

Customer JBP tracking

First point of contact for customer queries relating to product range changes, pricing and claims, ensuring responsiveness and quick resolution

Preparation & communication of new lines and pricing information to customers based on agreed customer format and notification lead time requirements

Provide Field Sales Support (field comms, performance tracking & sales tools)

Intenal Customer admin support i.e. maintaining store files, contact lists etc

Support with customer event management (operational set up & logistics)

Support on Equipment Ordering and Sales Training & Capability Support (training materials, logistics & feedback)

Data management services i.e. customer masterfile, sales organisation, contract management & DX knowledge management

Amazon Back office support covering Order management, invoicing & catalogue managementPeople Responsibilities

Develop winning relationships with Cluster Functional Leadership team and other key stake holders within the Cluster business, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided

Support the Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offeringsQualifications

Degree qualified in Business / Commerce (MBA Preferred)

Builds robust and successful working relationships

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills

Proactive, responsive and results driven

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Company policies are not that good. Lot of cost cutting happening since few months. Even Pepsi employees not getting enough Pepsi.. like earlier we were getting Pepsi cans but now they made it like a soda pub where you can take Pepsi in paper glasses, and they did it bcoz many employees taking some cans with them at home.. so cheap....Read More
