Associate Manager- Finance

Look for candidates with strong hands-on Commercial or Audit experience and focus on below skillsets as the key:

1. Partner with the Commercial Finance team to support the development of rolling forecasts for the Australia Snacks division.

2. Prepare and deliver timely, accurate financial reports, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

3. Monitor accruals, reversals, and writebacks related to planned promotions, ensuring accurate financial tracking throughout the year.

4. Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to substantiate promotions, suggesting adjustments or writebacks when necessary to align with business objectives.

5. Oversee and monitor claims, identifying any stalled claims and collaborating with relevant teams to resolve them, ensuring consistency between High Radius and SAP systems

6. Prepare month-end journal entries, aligning with relevant stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure proper posting and timely upload into financial systems by taking third-party support

7. Conduct monthly Blackline reconciliations and promptly investigate any variances, collaborating with IT teams to resolve discrepancies as needed

8. Provide financial support and ad-hoc analysis to Commercial Finance Channel Partners, delivering channel-specific insights and recommendations for business improvement

9. Oversee financial control aspects of the business, ensuring adherence to internal processes and procedures.

10. Offer ongoing financial and analytical support to the business, providing data-driven insights to aid decision-making and operational effectiveness.

11. Ensure the accurate and timely submission of various reports, with a focus on adherence to deadlines and internal standards.

12. Collaborate with the Controls team to ensure compliance with PepsiCos global standards and regulations.

13. Support market units in maintaining compliance with internal PepsiCo processes, ensuring alignment with SOX requirements and other relevant internal policies.

14. Provide support to the Control and Reporting Manager on ad-hoc analysis requests.

15. Deliver end-to-end support for all control-related requirements, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

• 5-6 years of experience in Comemrcial Finance or Audit domain
• Bachelors/Masters Degree in commerce/business administration / economic with high level of Finance & Accounting Experience. CA/ICWAI/MBA/CPA Finance is preferred
• Proficient in SAP CRM/TPM, Power Query, Office365 product suite and visualization tools like Power BI. Experience of High Radius is a plus.
• Sound knowledge of Financial systems (SAP, TM1, MS Office Excel & PPT)
• Strong understanding of business processes
• Strong technical knowledge and experience of both Management reporting and planning processes
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, collaboration and presentation skills, and be a team player
• Willingness to learn new skills and work in an ambiguous environment as the business continues to evolve
