- Managing Debt Syndication desk of the organization with transactions.
- Originating and executing fee-based mandates for fund raising (Special situations, High Yield/Structured trades as well as conventional debt) and corporate advisory transactions.
A leader, motivator and a key resource having ownership of the entire deal lifecycle - Sourcing - Deal acquisition - Negotiation - Credit Evaluation - Deal Structuring - Placement/Raising of debt.
- End to end process of Deal closure involves Due Diligence, Development of financial models to optimize capital structure, Negotiating covenants with the issuer
- Proficient in placement & raising of diverse genre of debt, fostered by Strong strategic relationships & network in Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFC's, Foreign banks, SFB's, Venture Debt Funds, Impact Funds, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, IDF's, Special Situation funds, Credit funds, Multilateral agencies etc. across different geographies and across all levels.
- Preparing and presenting detailed project notes, financial model/CMAs, industry & peer benchmarking, credit notes to the bankers and negotiating covenants.
- Maintaining relationships with Banks, NBFCs, DFIs, ARCs, AIFs, Mutual Funds, Insurance companies and other institutions.
- Maintaining relationships with corporate clients at all levels of management and establishing network to develop opportunities and coordinate with advisors and lawyers.
- Preparing pitch books including discovery of trade ideas on various Structured transactions in primary debt markets.
- Managing teams of execution associates and business development managers
