Manager - Compliance - Mutual Fund Business (5-13 yrs)

Educational Qualifications: CA/CS/CMA/MBA. LL.B. would be preferred

Roles and Responsibility:

- To oversee and assist in compliance-related activities for the mutual fund business.

- To prepare and review various Compliance reports for submission to the Board and SEBI.

- To review advertisement and marketing communication to check compliance with Advertisement Guidelines.

- To coordinate and review periodic data required by SEBI, AMFI, and RBI.

- To work on regulatory reports for submission to SEBI, AMFI, and RBI.

- To keep updated on regulatory changes and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.

- To work on scheme-related documents like Scheme Information Documents, Key Information Memorandums, and Statement of Additional Information.

- To coordinate and prepare data & information required for SEBI Inspection, Statutory Audit of MF & AMC, and Internal Audit.

- To oversee compliance with Employee Dealing Guidelines, and Code of Conduct and review transactions as per PMLA Regulations.

- To prepare and coordinate for release of statutory notices and addenda.

- To oversee compliance with internal Bandhan AMC policies.

- To draft, review, and oversee the execution of legal agreements.
