Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a practice specific team and manage day to day staffing delivery to clients.
- Responsible for process implementation with respective team for efficient service delivery and adhering to the same.
- Take leadership in meeting recruitment targets and meeting recruitment deliverables within the defined framework and as per the timelines.
- Responsible for timely delivery of all MIS/ monthly/ quarterly /weekly reporting of recruitment metrics to clients & senior management.
Background and Requirements:
- Post graduation in any discipline.
- 5 - 8yrs of experience in IT Recruitment (Service based hiring) in a Staffing industry.
- Experience and ability in managing team/practice level revenue targets.
- Excellent drive with an executive vision, client management skills, Team Management skills, Negotiation skills and Technology understanding.
- Excellent understanding of the market dynamics, Cost structures and Resource availability.
- Excellent reporting skills, search skills and staffing strategies.
- Ability to strategize and lead from the front to ensure high customer satisfaction.
