Job Description:
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Business ManagerGlobal Services to support our growth initiatives in the US, EU and APAC markets.
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth by promoting the company's recruitment and staffing solutions.
- This role demands strategic thinking, a deep understanding of global markets, and excellent execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across global markets through networking, industry knowledge, expertise and existing contacts for selling Recruitment & Staffing solutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of potential clients.
- Establish long-term partnerships and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Represent the company at global industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote services and network with potential clients.
- A great team player and go-getter attitude.
- Work Location: Bangalore or Anywhere in India (Work from Home).
Work Experience: 4 7 years.
Background and Requirements:
- 4 7 years of business development experience, selling recruitment and staffing solutions, with proven experience of successfully closing MSP, SI, and direct client deals.
- Strong knowledge of global markets and proven track record of closing global deals and expanding into new markets.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- A self-starter with an ability to work independently and manage multiple clients across different time zones (US, EU and APAC markets).
- Expertise in lead generation, prospecting, and managing pipelines using platforms like Sales Navigator, CRMs, and other sales tools.
- Strong ability to use technology effectively to enhance sales efficiency.
- A creative thinker who can leverage creativity in pitching, orchestrating conversations and constantly improvising to build solution cases that address specific customer challenges, ensuring engagement remains fresh and non-mechanical.
