Job Purpose : To lead and oversee the operations and expansion strategies within the organization, ensuring efficient processes, cost management, and successful market growth.
Roles & responsibilities :.
Infra Sourcing and Planning :.
- Identify various real estate agents across the cities, tie-up and constantly engage with them for new location sourcing.
- Develop comprehensive location sourcing plan and supporting tactics to meet the expansion plans.
- Schedule and allocate required resources to achieve the targets and quality standards as set by the organisation by applying Principles of Project management and Quality Engineering.
- Participate in the business planning for new Cafee openings and provide inputs based on ground level scenario for smoother execution.
Infra Management :.
- Randomly scrutinize the properties shortlisted by various city team to ensure their adherence to the organization requirements.
- Oversee the design and construction of the new POD's across the country, from time to time, to ensure the adherence to plans.
- Work with maintenance team to develop a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all properties to ensure minimum break-down of equipment's and utilities.
- Coordinate with legal team from time to time to update the lease deed drafts and location approval forms and formats based on the learnings from the previous months.
- Ensure each location across the country is fully compliant as per the statutory and license requirements as per local laws.
- Monitor facilities and ensure partner satisfaction ratings are at the highest.
Stakeholder Management :.
- Ensure all the regional BD heads and real estate team are in line with the business goals of the organization and work with them closely to achieve the targets on time.
- Work with the project team (Design and Construction) in defining ideal layouts, GFC (Good for construction) drawings, ideal BOQ (Bill of Quantities) formats and annual contract prices with vendors which will help in building new POD's in cost effective and timely manner.
- Work closely with all functional heads like Architects, Facility manager, Project managers, Maintenance manager or Service provider to incorporate new technological or cost efficient systems and work methods for better functioning of Pod's.
- Assist the BD & Project team in terms of meeting the prescribed targets in sourcing locations, constructing them and manging them effectively.
- Closely work with IT,legal, Finance, Culinary, Operations and Business teams for various initiatives and BAU (Business As Usual).
Facility Management :.
- Ensure all the facilities provided are up to the mark through random audits for quality.
- Ensure each city team sends the utility readings from their respective cities to the finance team.
Desired skills :.
- Graduate/Post-graduate with the background of Engineering / Retail.
- Eexperience in the Retail/ Quick Service industry as Project or Business development heads.
- Must have handled brand in past.
- Entrepreneur though process.
