Location : Bangalore/Ahmedabad

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)-Must-Have :

- 8+ Years of experience in eCommerce Application Development, Support, and Implementation

- Certified in IBM Sterling OMS

- Retail process and implementation knowledge

- ITIL Processes

- Support in Solution review for integration and resolution of issues.

- Provide solution to address the requirements in OMS.

- Creating functional design and helping in development of technical designs required to deliver allocated development work

- Defining innovative functional solutions to meet business process requirements in Order Management and/or interfacing with other backbone/ 3rd party systems (Middleware)

- Excellent business communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, team management & motivation skills

Good-to-Have :

- Exposure to solution life cycle management (concept, design, build, market and monetize solutions/services), Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, Upgrades or Support Engagements

- DevOps and CICD implementation experience.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

- Should have Technical and Functional experience in Sterling OMS and other downstream applications.

- Integration exposure a nice-to-have

- Have the ability to work around the onshore-offshore resourcing model

- Good experience in application of standard software development principles

- Work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute assigned tasks

- Have in-depth knowledge of at least one development technology/programming language.

- Assist in creating solutions for client and/or internal review

- Train and groom junior team members to upskill in Order Management.
