Appian Developer - Business Process Management (7-13 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Appian development, Business Process Management (BPM), and related technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Appian applications to support business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and implement Appian applications using Appian v7.2 and v23.4.

2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.

3. Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

6. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian features and best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

Should have 7+ years of total work experience.

1. Appian : 5+ years of experience in Appian development, with expertise in Appian v7.2 and v23.4.

2. BPM : Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and principles.

3. Databases : Experience with Oracle and MySQL databases.

4. Programming languages : Proficiency in Java and HTML.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills : Ability to analyze complex business processes and develop effective solutions.

Nice to Have Skills :

1. Experience with Appian integration with other systems.

2. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

3. Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

4. Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).

Education and Experience :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in Appian development.

3. Proven track record of delivering successful Appian projects.
