HR Operations Project Manager - Payroll
Job Description:
The opening is for HR Operations Project Manager - Payroll with one of our MNC client.
Education required - MBA in HR Domain
Total experience - 9+ years
- We are looking for minimum 5+ years of experience in Payroll project management, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through planning, scheduling, deployment, scopes, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including service providers.
- Drive vendor relationships and coordinate various types of projects across Global HR Operations.
- Assign and monitor project resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
- Interface with HR leadership to assure strategic alignment for planned projects.
- Perform routine executive updates of projects, including KPIs and key deliverables.
