About the Role:
As the Head of Learning & Development, you will drive the strategy, design, and execution of innovative learning initiatives across the AIM region (India, Middle East & Africa). This high-impact leadership role will work closely with senior leaders and business teams to enhance employee performance, leadership capabilities, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute L&D Strategy - Align learning initiatives with business objectives to drive performance and engagement.
- Design & Deliver Learning Programs - Oversee the creation of impactful training programs, leadership development initiatives, and digital learning solutions.
- Leadership Development - Manage high-potential talent programs, executive coaching, and succession planning.
- Measure Learning Impact - Define KPIs to assess program effectiveness and continuously enhance learning strategies.
- Team Leadership - Build and mentor a high-performing L&D team.
- Adopt Learning Technologies - Leverage AI, LMS, and eLearning platforms to drive innovation.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment with talent development goals.
- Budget Management - Optimize resources for maximum impact while maintaining financial accountability.
What We're Looking For:
- 15+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale L&D initiatives.
- Strong expertise in learning technologies, instructional design, and leadership development.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across diverse teams and regions, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles.
