We are seeking a talented and proactive Business Analyst to join the CEO's office and play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making and operational excellence. As a member of our esteemed organization, you will work closely with the CEO and executive team to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to drive growth and success
Strategic Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor landscapes, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities
Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial data, including revenue forecasts, cost structures, and budget variance, to support financial planning and decision-making processes
Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for streamlining operations and improving efficiency
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and track the impact of changes
- Recommend and implement solutions for process improvements that lead to enhanced productivity, reduced costs, and better service delivery.
Project Management:
- Provide analytical support for strategic projects and initiatives, including market research, business case development, and project management assistance.
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for business analysis projects.
- Support the implementation and testing of new systems, applications, or processes, ensuring they align with business objectives
- Identify risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and work with relevant teams to mitigate them
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track performance, business metrics, and KPIs
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business operations and strategy
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding of business requirements and project scope
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to explain findings, propose solutions, and gather feedback
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other teams to ensure business solutions are implemented on time and within scope
Ad-hoc Analysis:
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and research requested by the CEO and executive team to address specific business questions or challenges
Qualification and Skills:
- Master's degree in business administration in Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of business processes, financial modelling, and strategy development
- Must Have: 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or related roles in a reputed organization

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights to executive stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
