Dozee - Business Analyst (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer data, and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. Use various analytical tools and techniques to draw meaningful insights.

- Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market analysis, and input from the sales team. Assist in setting and monitoring sales targets.

- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. Regularly report on performance against targets and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.

- Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to identify and implement process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements to streamline sales workflows.

- Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize sales data and provide real-time insights to the sales team and senior management.

- Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with training materials, sales collateral, and competitive intelligence to enhance their effectiveness in the field.

- Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to address specific business challenges and opportunities as they arise.

- Calendar Management: Managing calendar effectively, prioritizing tasks and meetings.

Requirement

- B.Tech/MBA from a reputed university

- 2-4 yrs of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in a sales or marketing context.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
