Dozee - Data Annotator (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Review and label data across various formats, including time series, text, images, and audio, in accordance with established guidelines and standards.

- Ensure high levels of accuracy and consistency in data labeling, proactively identifying and addressing discrepancies.

- Collaborate closely with the Data Science and Machine Learning teams to understand tagging requirements and resolve any ambiguities in labeling instructions.

- Contribute to the development, refinement, and optimization of data annotation protocols and guidelines, incorporating feedback and best practices.

- Perform quality control checks on annotated data to ensure alignment with project objectives and model training requirements.

- Work with Python scripts to support automation of data processing or tagging workflows.

- Maintain organized documentation of annotated datasets, guidelines, and task progress for efficient project management.

- Stay updated with advancements in data annotation tools and techniques to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the labeling process.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in data annotation, data labeling, or data entry tasks.

- Experience with machine learning datasets is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills :

- Familiarity with Python scripting for basic data processing and annotation support.

- Understanding of basic computer science concepts and machine learning fundamentals.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize work effectively, and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Preferred Skills :

- Proficiency in using data annotation tools such as Labelbox, CVAT, Amazon SageMaker Ground Truth, or other similar platforms.

- Basic knowledge of supervised learning and how annotated data impacts model performance.

- Experience with datasets involving images, text, and time series data is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with machine learning concepts, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, and quality evaluation.

- Experience working in agile project environments and contributing to iterative workflows
