About the job ;

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with multiple teams, including software, hardware, data science and product teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions according to company goals

- Track engineering metrics to ensure business continuity and develop reports to communicate the development progress to cross-functional stakeholders

- Take up strategic projects relevant for the growth of the company and ensure its timely execution

- Represent Data Science in relevant meetings with management and engineering leaders

- Champion the culture of quality, empowering the QA with efficient hand-over

- Keep track of the solution architecture with coordination in different domains - Software, Hardware and AI.

- Ensure compatibility in technology stack and relevance to the business goals

- Execute technical Proof of Concepts to lay the foundation and qualify requirements for larger implementations

- Ensure compliance with design and development processes.

- Keep track of technical documentation with the latest developments

- Participate in technical audits (ISO 27001, CE, FDA, etc.) to represent Data science

- Identify and debottleneck roadblocks in the delivery roadmap

Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years of development experience as an SDE or DS

- Experience with technical program management is a big plus

- Knowledge of data science terminologies and best practices

- Proven track record of working with teams greater than 20 people

- High energy and excellent communication skills

- Strategic thinking and business understanding
