Business Analyst (2-5 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to identify business needs, analyze requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions to support organizational goals. You will work closely with stakeholders to bridge the gap between business and technology.

Job Description :

Domain Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.

Requirement Gathering :

- Ability to lead requirement gathering sessions and translate them into Business Intelligence solutions (KPIs, Reports, Dashboards).

Data Warehouse Concepts :

- Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts.

- Exposure to at least one Data Warehouse implementation project.

Data Modeling :

- Experience in designing data models and data marts.

- Familiarity with tools like Erwin, Toad Data Modeler, or similar.

SQL Proficiency :

- Proficient in writing SQL queries.

- As a business analyst, your job is to collect and evaluate data to comprehend business requirements and procedures and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.

- Working with stakeholders, you will compile needs, record discoveries, and create solutions to improve corporate operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with teams to design solutions that meet business objectives.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

- Support project management activities and track progress.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and documentation.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
