Salesforce Technical Lead - Apex/Visual Force (0-10 yrs)

Position : Salesforce Tech Lead

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Salesforce Configuration and development experience.

- Relevant experience in building portals.

- Need to have hands on experience on LWC, APEX, and REST API Integration.

- Experience in Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Experience/Community Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning framework and experience in implementing Lightning components.

- Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to implement and optimize solutions.

- Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations.

- Perform data migration and integration tasks between Salesforce and other business systems.

- Build and manage custom reports, dashboards, and data models to support business decisions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the Salesforce environment.

- Implement security, access control, and data integrity policies in Salesforce.

- Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and new features.

- Ensure quality of code through unit testing, code reviews, and adhering to development best practices.

- Assist with training and supporting end-users.

- Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control tools (e.g., Git).

- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are highly preferred.

- Experience in implementing Lightning components and working with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
