Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the Healthcare CoE to deliver thought leadership, domain expertise, and innovative solutions in the US healthcare sector.
- Define the vision, objectives, and roadmap for the CoE, aligning with organizational goals and industry trends.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders on healthcare strategy, technology, and compliance.
- Build and maintain deep expertise in US healthcare policies, regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, ACA), and emerging trends.
- Provide guidance on interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, and other industry frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation, cost optimization, and operational efficiency in the healthcare ecosystem.
- Promote the adoption of best practices, tools, and technologies across teams working in the healthcare domain.
- Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies such as AI/ML, telemedicine, IoT, and blockchain in healthcare applications.
- Develop and refine reusable frameworks, accelerators, and templates to optimize project delivery.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of healthcare domain experts, solution architects, and consultants.
- Conduct training programs to upskill teams on industry standards, regulatory requirements, and healthcare technologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the CoE.
- Collaborate with clients, business leaders, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of healthcare solutions with business objectives.
- Support business development efforts by providing domain expertise in pre-sales, RFPs, and client pitches.
- Act as a liaison between healthcare teams and organizational leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, timelines, and budgets.
- Establish governance frameworks and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of CoE initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership through white papers, case studies, and industry events.
- Ensure all CoE initiatives adhere to US healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, HITECH, and FDA guidelines.
- Implement robust processes to manage data security, privacy, and compliance risks.
Experiences Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in the US healthcare domain, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and payer/provider ecosystems.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale healthcare programs or projects.
- Experience with healthcare technologies such as EHRs, revenue cycle management (RCM), and clinical systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in driving innovation and digital transformation in the healthcare domain.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of healthcare analytics, AI/ML, and population health management solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their application in healthcare (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with value-based care models and healthcare interoperability initiatives.
