Technical Project Manager - Agile Methodologies (10-20 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Digital Lending Projects :

- Manage multiple digital lending initiatives tailored for the Indian market, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, compliance, and risk management, to align digital lending solutions with business goals and customer needs.

Strategic Planning :

- Establish clear project objectives, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and create detailed program documentation to facilitate execution and reporting.

Risk Management :

- Identify potential risks in digital lending projects and implement proactive mitigation strategies to maintain project stability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Education :

Experience :

- 12-15 years of program management experience in the Indian financial services sector, specifically in digital lending, with strong expertise in software development using .NET and Azure technologies.

Skills :

- Deep understanding of the Indian lending landscape, including regulatory frameworks and market trends.

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development tools.
