HR Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving organizational performance, employee engagement, and overall HR processes. This role works cross-functionally with various departments to ensure HR programs are successfully implemented and align with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Oversee and manage multiple HR programs and initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion programs, HR technology implementations, and more.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and other departments to ensure that HR initiatives meet the needs of the business and are executed effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and systems, continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor the progress of programs, track performance metrics, and report on outcomes. Use data to assess program impact and make recommendations for improvements.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts for new HR initiatives or technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption by employees and managers.
- Budget and Resource Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring HR programs are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Human Resources from good B School
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in program management or related roles.
- Proven experience managing large-scale HR projects from start to finish.
- Familiarity with HR systems, tools, and technologies.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges.
- Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority
