• Job title: Operations assistant.
• Job location- Mohali, Punjab.

Job responsibilities:

• Dispatch Telecom, dispatcher will assist in coordinating, preparing, and updating plans and maintaining area maps.
• Dispatcher will be analysing the Ticket and, on that basis, will create work orders in INSITE. Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling techs, Via Using multiple tools example Excel, SharePoint, Google Maps, GIS, VZW connect maps, Live GPS maps, My Geo tab, VZW vendor portal, and various other tools.
• Manage the call by ensuring that proper response will be there to take care of them, while also maintaining confidentiality throughout all interactions.
• Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
