Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Reports to Resource Manager
  • Weekly communication with field resources and feedback to the resource manager 
  • Supervise teams of technicians and report technician personnel issues to the resource manager.
  • Assists technician development, ensure safety training is adhered to 
  • Communicate schedule changes and assist with any conflicts 
  • Assist with rentals and gas cards 
  • Ensure vehicle and tool inspections are completed 
  • Assist with field IT submission request and follow through
  • Notifies manager of tooling repairs and calibration requests, completes documentation.
  • Ensure daily timecard entry and accuracy.
  • Engage in regular communications and active listening.
