Job Description
- Manage a team of senior and junior team members ensuring smooth day-to-day operations including claims, within the allocated TAT
- Monitor team s performance metrics ensuring weekly/monthly/quarterly targets are met
- Leverage domain experience and knowledge to improve team s performance and process enhancement
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute growth strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify sales opportunities and develop and execute strategies accordingly
- Responsible for handling customer escalations related to documentation, policy renewal etc. and support in enhancing customer experience
- Post-graduate in any discipline
- 10-15 yrs of experience specifically in the insurance domain (Life, Health & General insurance)
Required Skills-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving business growth
- Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Exhibit a deep sense of responsibility and ownership
- Ability to engage with people and build deep and high-quality relationships
- Team handling experience is mandatory
