We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the Total Rewards function for a Global Capability Center (GCC) based in Pune. This strategic role is responsible for designing and executing compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain and motivate top talent.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead salary bench marking, job evaluation and incentive planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with global and regional regulatory requirements related to total rewards.
  • Drive employee value proposition initiatives, including retention and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align rewards programs with business objectives.
  • Manage benefits administration, performance management and executive compensation plans.
  • Partner with HR and finance teams to optimize cost-effective reward structures.
Role requirements
  • 14+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within a GCC or multinational environment.
  • Strong expertise in job evaluation methodologies, market benchmarking and rewards analytics.
  • Deep understanding of local and global compensation trends, taxation and compliance regulations.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience at a VP level.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic decisions.
  • MBA / Master s degree in HR, Finance or a related field is preferred.
