Job Description
- Be the first point of contact for all guests coming to the office
- Handle customer queries on the phone and in-person, appropriately redirecting them where necessary
- Take ownership of customer??s issues and follow issues through to resolution
- Support HR in all coordination activities for employees, including administrative support, company celebrations, staff anniversary milestones and Birthdays
- Support HR in recruitment related coordination
- Vendor management
Qualifications ??
- Graduates from any discipline
- Freshers are welcome to apply, relevant experience will be an added advantage
Required Skills ??
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Ability to engage with people and build deep and high-quality relationships
