Job Description

Manage advisors calendars and assist them in achieving their monthly review targets by scheduling review sessions. Handle new leads and maintain records in HubSpot. Manage online and physical KYC registration for RI and NRI customers. Onboard clients on the NSE portal. Ensure due processes are followed and accurately capture data in the database. Manage the front desk as required. Schedule client reviews and follow up for closure. Collaborate with Relationship Managers for client engagement and report closures. Call new and existing clients (as per the data/leads provided). Explain company products to customers via phone or in person. Maintain and update the customer database. Improve the customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
