About the team:

This Team is involved in revenue management, vendor management and strategies to get new business and make travel profitable entity

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in assigned territory.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase primary sales through distributors and retail channels.
  
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in area sales management or similar role.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in FMCG industry.
  
• Strong understanding of channel distribution, dealer channel management, and distributor handling.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  

Education: Graduation Preferred.
